Installation & Compatibility

The TSEC WDF1 Wind Deflector Trim is designed to be fitted along the front edge of compatible campervan pop-top and elevating roofs using 3M adhesive tape. (NOT INCLUDED).

The adhesive fitting method allows the trim to be secured without drilling or mechanical fixings.

Installation Guidance:

1. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry and free from grease, dust and contaminants.

2. Measure the front edge of the pop-top roof and cut the rubber trim to the required length.

3. Apply the appropriate 3M adhesive tape to the mounting surface or rubber trim, following the tape manufacturer's instructions.

4. Carefully position the trim along the front edge of the roof.

5. Press firmly along the full length to achieve consistent adhesive contact.

6. Allow the adhesive bond to develop in accordance with the 3M tape manufacturer's recommended conditions before using the elevating roof or driving.
