Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all The Seal Extrusion Company Ltd virtual gift cards (“Gift Cards”).

• By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

• Gift Cards are issued by The Seal Extrusion Company Ltd,  10790971, Unit 5a Bull Lane Industrial Estate, Acton, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 0BD2. Purchase & Delivery

• Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

• Please ensure recipient details are correct before purchase — once issued, Gift Cards cannot be re-sent to a different email address if entered incorrectly.

• The Seal Extrusion Company is not responsible for delivery failures due to spam filters or incorrect contact details.

3. Redemption

• Gift Cards can be redeemed only at www.sealextrusions.co.uk for eligible products and services.

• Enter the unique Gift Card code at checkout to apply the balance.

• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other Gift Cards, or used to pay for third-party products.

• All purchases made with the gift card will have VAT added. 

4. Balance & Partial Payments

• If the total purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

• If the purchase is less than the balance, the remaining amount will stay on the card for future use.

5. Expiry & Validity

• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be lost and cannot be refunded or reissued.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

• Gift Cards are non-refundable once issued, except where required by UK consumer law.

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel a Gift Card purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used.

• Refunds for goods purchased with a Gift Card will be issued as a replacement Gift Card or store credit.

• The Seal Extrusion Company Ltd cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.

7. Fraud & Misuse

• The Seal Extrusion Company Ltd reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards or orders suspected of being obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

• Personal data collected during Gift Card purchase and use will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policyand the UK GDPR.

• Data is used only to issue and manage your Gift Card and to communicate with the purchaser and/or recipient.

9. Changes to Terms

• The Seal Extrusion Company Ltd may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your Gift Card will be the one in effect at the date of purchase.
