Our Returns Policy adheres to the EU Distance Selling Directive, which guarantees your rights to return goods.

Returns can be done quickly and easily by logging into your account finding the order and opening a return.

Cancellation:

Should you need to cancel an order, kindly notify us via email at sales@sealextrusions.co.uk. Orders cancelled prior to despatch will be fully refunded*. Orders cancelled after despatch must be returned to us in 'as new' condition at the customer's expense. The order value, excluding initial shipping cost, will be refunded to the original payment method.

EXEMPTION: ITEMS THAT ARE MADE TO ORDER, SPECIAL ORDER OR CUT TO ORDER CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY OR DAMAGED. CHARGES FOR DIE CUTTING, TOOLING ETC WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Returns & Exchanges:

Unblemished goods may be returned or exchanged (at customers expense) within 14 working days of receiving the order. Soiled or damaged goods will not be accepted for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We strongly advise you to thoroughly inspect all goods before signing for them. If any goods have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt via email at sales@sealextrusions.co.uk with photographs of the damage and packaging. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of any exchange or refund request.

Please ensure that your returned goods are dispatched by traceable post, along with proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. We cannot be held liable for lost goods during transit, so kindly retain a copy of your postal receipt.

Please note that the goods must be returned clean and dry, and in 'as new' condition with original packaging. We will process a refund to the value of the goods upon receipt of the returned items.

We typically do not refund the cost of return postage unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly supplied due to our mistake. Even if your order was shipped with Free Delivery, we will deduct the cost of sending the parcel to you from your refund as these are direct costs.

We can only issue refunds to the original payment method charged. We aim to process all refunds within 3 working days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that our returns guarantee does not override your statutory rights under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
